Return Policy – Pulso Mart

At Pulso Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.


1. Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. This period allows you ample time to inspect your product.


2. Conditions for Return

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Original Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition. It should not show signs of use, damage, or alterations.

  • Original Packaging: Wherever possible, please return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the item must be securely and adequately repacked to prevent damage during shipping.

  • All Original Components: All parts, accessories, and manuals that came with the product must be included.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Note: Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or may be declined.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, include clear photos.

Receive Return Authorization (RMA): Our team will review your request. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item. Do not ship any item back without an authorized RMA number.

Prepare Your Return:

  • Securely package all original components of the item.

  • Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.

  • Include a copy of your proof of purchase inside the package.

Ship the Item:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or an error on our part.

  • We strongly recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


4. What Happens After Your Return is Received?

Once your returned item arrives at our facility, it will undergo an inspection.

  • We will verify that the item meets our return eligibility criteria.

  • Upon successful inspection, we will proceed with the refund, exchange, or replacement process as arranged.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us immediately, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly address the issue by arranging a replacement, providing necessary parts, or issuing a full refund. Pulso Mart will cover all associated shipping costs in such cases.
